Assistant Underwriter

Duties Include: Utilize critical thinking skills to summarize workers’ compensation submissions, working with and supporting Sales colleagues to assist them with writing profitable business, assisting colleagues in other departments as needed, provide back-up to other employees in the Underwriting Department as needed and any other duties required by your Supervisors.

Experience Requirements: Working in a team environment, basic math skills, verbal and written communication skills, and consistent availability.

Customer Service Representative

Duties Include: Ability to communicate well with clients and sales representatives via phone and/or email. Research and follow up on issues that require assistance from other departments. Ability to meet deadlines and assist with special projects.

Experience Requirements: Spanish speaking, Clerical skill, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience.

Loss Control Field Associate

Duties Include: Responsible for completing on-site risk evaluation reports, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, promoting correction measures and providing safety and compliance information to clients.

Experience Requirements: Ability to produce professionally written reports, utilize computer systems and effectively communicate goals, objectives and risk enhancements to our clients. Broad knowledge of construction and previous Loss Control experience preferred.

Payroll Technician

Duties Include: Process a variety of payroll, to include web-based and multi-state for our diverse clientele. Have the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.

Experience Requirements: Possess a basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations of the Department of Labor. Require at least 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing. Knowledge of a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and experience using payroll software is helpful. Must be knowledgeable in Labor Distribution, Job Costing, and Online Payroll processing.

Sales Representative

Information:Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation: Base salary plus residual commission based on meeting company quota. Territory: Growing national coverage - Currently licensed to write a PEO solution in 20 states.

Duties Include: Present and sell company services to potential clients. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Work with a company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements: Prior sales experience in the PEO or insurance industry is highly recommended. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong listening and presentation skills.
