Duties Include: Responsible for submitting and reviewing on-site risk evaluation reports. Reviewing risks, loss runs, injury reports and verifying classification codes. Providing safety and compliance information to clients. Provide in-house training and possibly perform some on-site risk evaluations.
Experience Requirements: Ability to utilize computer systems and effectively communicate goals, objectives and risk enhancements to clients and in-house team members. Broad knowledge of construction and OSHA Standards is required. As is previous Loss Control experience. Must have a very strong knowledge of Workers Compensation classification codes.

Duties Include: Process a variety of payroll, to include web-based and multi-state for our diverse clientele. Have the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.
Experience Requirements: Possess a basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations of the Department of Labor. Require at least 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing. Knowledge of a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and experience using payroll software is helpful. Must be knowledgeable in Labor Distribution, Job Costing, and Online Payroll processing.

Duties Include: Responsible for assembling contract information, onboard clients, and any other assigned duties. Will act as a liaison between the Sales team, clients, and internal company departments to facilitate the sale and a variety of matters including but not limited to, creating, updating, organizing related documents and contacting clients to gather information.
Experience Requirements: Ability to utilize Excel, Word, Outlook and have Customer Service skills. Must be organized and good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Duties Include: Present and sell company services to potential clients. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Work with a company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements: Prior sales experience in the PEO or insurance industry is highly recommended. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong listening and presentation skills.
