UNDERWRITER
Position Overview
We are seeking an Underwriter to become an integral part of our team. You will be reviewing submissions from sales/agents/brokers for Workers’ Compensation coverage in the leasing arena.
Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinates with representatives to obtain a complete submission by requesting missing information and clarifying any inconsistencies.

Reviews loss experience, payroll information, and overall exposure of the risk.

Expresses findings of the risk and recommend to approve, deny or modify the account based on the exposures and Underwriting guidelines.

Maintains accurate and detailed records of the Underwriting assessment and decision.
Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in Workers’ Compensation.

Knowledge of NCCI codes is essential.

Strong oral/written communication skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.

Knowledge of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is a plus.

NEW CLIENT SET UP
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Payroll Specialist to join our New Client Setup team. In this role, you will play a critical part in onboarding new clients by establishing and configuring payroll services to ensure a smooth and accurate transition. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up payroll services for new clients
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete
- Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless client implementation
- Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing support during the setup phase
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client configurations and communications
- Identify and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous payroll experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred

PAYROLL TECHNICIAN
Duties Include: Import and process timecard submissions daily for a diverse multi-state clientele verifying payroll data is accurate and efficient. Process multiple pay frequency payrolls including coordinating processing of information within internal departments and maintain supporting documentation for employee maintenance.
Experience Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel proficiency)
- 1-2 Years in payroll processing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced onsite environment

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Duties Include: Present and sell company services to potential clients. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Work with a company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements: Prior sales experience in the PEO or insurance industry is highly recommended. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong listening and presentation skills.
Compensation: Base salary plus residual commission based on meeting company quota.
Territory: Growing national coverage - Currently licensed to write a PEO solution in 23 states + DC.
